Campus Catering Services
You've reserved the space you need in the Union; now reserve your food for the event! Ozark Catering Company is the contracted caterer of all events within the Union. Ozark Catering has a wide variety of meal options and plans for whatever type or style of event you are planning. When planning to serve food, you must contact Ozark Catering to make arrangements, including gaining approval for donated food items.
Meeting Rooms & Event Venues
The Arkansas Union has over 20 different meeting rooms and venues for all sizes of events. Please click on the Meeting Rooms and/or Special Event Venues tabs on the left to learn more about the set up designs, space allocation and technological abilities of each room.

To make a reservation request please visit our online reservation site.
The reservation system is only accessible to devices on the University of Arkansas on-campus network (e.g. UARK Wi-Fi, Tech Spot Labs, etc.). If attempting to access the reservation system off-campus, please use the Global Protect VPN. Once you are connected, you will be able to access the reservation system as you normally would.
