The Union offers reservable space for meetings or events of nearly any size. Reserving space is free of charge to registered student organizations and official University of Arkansas departments.

Chartwells Campus Dining Services is the contracted caterer of all events within the Union. When planning to serve food, you must contact Chartwells to make arrangements- including gaining approval for donated food items.
