Arkansas Union Event Services
The Arkansas Union Event Services offers reservable room space for meetings or events of nearly any size. Event Services is also an excellent way of publicizing an organization or department with an informational table or banner. Reserving space is free of charge to student organizations and official University of Arkansas departments. If your event requires catering, contact Chartwells Catering at 575-2146.
Informational Tables: Informational tables can be set in the Connections Lounge, in front of the Union Market, or the Union Mall (the area between the Union and the water fountain). An informational table is an excellent way to put your organization or group in a high-traffic area during peak times in the Union.
Banners/Posters: The Union offers reservable banner and poster space in several of the most high traffic areas, including on easels in front of the Living Room lounge fireplace or banners hung from the Connections lounge or fourth floor stairs.
