Student Activities and Programs/Campus Life

Getting involved on campus is one of the best ways to enhance your college experience, and to add a little excitement to your life.  The Arkansas Union is home to many of the activities and programs that happen on campus.  No matter what level of involvement you seek, there are a wide variety of opportunities available.

Want something to do?
Literally hundreds of events take place in the Arkansas Union every year, including movies, games, fairs, multicultural programs, orientation, leadership workshops, volunteer activities, art exhibits, and much more.  Whether you have a 20 minute break between classes or an entire Friday night open, there’s a good chance something will be happening in the union!

Want to get involved?
There are also many ways to get involved as a student.  You can join a programming committee with University Programs or Friday Night Live, particpate in a volunteer program, get involved with student government, join a fraternity or sorority, become an orientation leader, or participate in the Emerging Leaders program.  Over 300 Registered Student Organizations exist on campus, and many keep an offices in the Union.  Whatever your interests are, there’s a place for you to get involved in the Arkansas Union.
